Beginner, intermediate, and advanced Spanish students are invited to participate in an engaging class that will immerse them in a Spanish-speaking environment. Students will be encouraged to speak Spanish from the first class (not required). Basic vocabulary words and phrases will be introduced and practiced during each class (support in English will be provided, when necessary). Fun environment with themed lessons, such as numbers, colors, and months of the year! No previous experience required and a great start to learning Spanish!

Fees
$30 per student per class or part of the Fun Friday all day program.
Fun Fridays allow children to participate in as many classes as they would like. If you would like your child to take this class, along with all of the other classes on Fridays, please register for the Fun Friday All Day Course. That bundle, of all of the classes, includes a supervised lunch and break time from 11AM-12PM each day. During that time children will be able to eat, relax and play board games in their downtime. If they would like to participate in less than the full schedule of courses, please sign up for each class individually.
Instructor
Brenda Serna has over 30 years of Spanish-speaking, teaching, translating, and bi-cultural experiences. She has a fundamental understanding of Castellano Spanish with a Mexican flair. Brenda has a unique ability to teach Spanish from the perspective of a beginner/intermediate student while keeping the goal of being able to communicate immediately and fluently in the future. Brenda has a BS in General Biology degree (with a minor in Spanish), has studied medicine in Mexico, and has extensive experience working with the Latino population in the United States.
