Musical Instruments - September
Get ready to make some noise — the good kind! This fall, your child explores the world of music from two exciting angles. On piano, they'll learn the basics of keys, notes, and rhythm, building coordination and confidence one song at a time. Then they'll grab their sticks for bucket drumming, where everyday buckets become instruments and the whole class becomes a high-energy drumline. From gentle melodies to booming beats, students discover the joy of making music, keeping a rhythm, and playing together as a team. No experience needed — just bring the enthusiasm!
Schedule
“Fun Fridays” - 1PM-2PM
September 11, 18
October 2, 23
November 6, 13
December 4, 11
Grade Levels
Grades 2-8 (younger/older students allowed with permission - email Inquiries@TheGiftedCollective.com)
Fees
$30 per student per class or part of the Fun Friday all day program.
Fun Fridays allow children to participate in as many classes as they would like. If you would like your child to take this class, along with all of the other classes on Fridays, please register for the Fun Friday All Day Course. That bundle, of all of the classes, includes a supervised lunch and break time from 11AM-12PM each day. During that time children will be able to eat, relax and play board games in their downtime. If they would like to participate in less than the full schedule of courses, please sign up for each class individually.
Instructor
Mrs. Sierra
Hi! I'm Sierra - a lifelong performing artist and dedicated vocal instructor. I've been immersed in the world of performing arts for as long as I can remember, taking on a multitude of diverse roles within musical theatre. I have been fortunate enough to perform across a variety of venues, and that journey has shaped both my artistry and my passion for guiding others to discover their voice. My goal is to help you unlock your musical potential through building confidence, developing your style, expanding your range, or simply finding the joy in singing. With years of personal vocal training myself, I bring both technical expertise and a supportive, encouraging approach to every lesson. We will work to create an uplifting space where you can express yourself and explore your goals and aspirations within music. Whether you're preparing for an audition, refining technique, or singing as a creative outlet, I am here to support your musical journey!
