ESA Funding

ESA funds allow any parent or guardian to fund education alternatives for their school-age child. This includes helping with private school tuition.

  • ESA Pays funds each quarter (July, October, January, & April)

  • ESA typically covers $6,800 per year, but that can vary based on age, as well as needs approved in an IEP

  • Any ESA/Classwallet charges may be added on to the tuition cost paid by the parent

  • If your child has diagnosed special needs, ESA may provide additional funding to pay for the support services they need.

Additional Information, Costs, and Fees

  • The tuition funding amount is the minimum for us to be able to pay our staff, cover facilities, and run our unique program.

  • Additional ASD supports may require additional fees

  • We do have a beginning of the year supply list with supplies we ask families to provide. We do cover many supplies as well curriculum but we may also occasionally ask families to purchase supplies and materials for some projects and activities. Those will be communicated in advance and we appreciate anything our families can do. Field trips and outside of the school day activities will likely cost extra.

  • We understand this is a significant financial commitment. However, we hope that with the ESA funding it is achievable for all families.

  • Families who choose the ESA funding option will have to pay the processing fees required by the ESA/Classwallet systems. This is typically around 2.04%
